Unauthorized Housing Companies
We have been informed that our delegates are being approached by an unauthorized company named “Trade Show Housing” that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of ET ’16. Please be aware that ET ’16 has not contracted with this or any such organization or agency. If someone contacts you or your organization to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts, be cautious. Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies will be at your own risk.
ET ’16 has negotiated excellent and legitimate room rates with the Hyatt Regency Chicago; delegates should make reservations directly with the host hotel. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify ET ’16 immediately at ljurcenko@tso.net.
